Yoplait Greek Yogurt Giveaway!!!

I'm not a huge yogurt fan, but if I do eat it, it has to be Yoplait.  I usually buy the light (or snag one of my kids' go-gurts.)  I am on a healthier eating kick and yogurt makes for a great snack choice!  Yoplait has recently introduced an even healthier yogurt:

I was given a free coupon to try it.  I normally get cherry, which was not an option, so I chose Strawberry.  It was not what I was used to, so I did not really like it.  But, as mentioned, I'm not a huge yogurt eater and the other flavors are not ones that I like.  Maybe you might have a different experience.

  5. To live healthier, I stop eating when I'm full (I used to be a human garbage disposal). I eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. I switched from cow's milk to soy milk...and I think I love it.
